The remote assistance tool generates a secure connection with the remote station. It allows to interact and intervene quickly with greater precision . This way we are as close as possible to the Customer, to help him anytime.
Next to the Help Desk operates the Customer Care, a team of specialists who, on request, guarantee rapid and quality assistance, on site.
